Many of our landlords are busy people and want to get the best value out of their property asset with minimal hassle. Unlike high street agents, we couldn’t be more different and don’t have the overheads they do. Agents usually oppose on day-to-day maintenance, offering refurbishment to your properties or arranging fortnightly cleaners and/or gardeners if necessary. We understand these concerns better than anyone and will take great care of your property, keeping it in its paramount condition for months or years to come.
How it works, we lease your property from you for a standard 3 years (negotiable depending on your situation) and become your tenant. If needed, we will bring the property up to the requirements of our customers, then we begin renting the rooms on an individual basis and pay you monthly, on-time, without hassle. As we are your tenants, you will only ever have to deal with us.
When renting a property, there are a myriad of variables to consider – as seen in the chart tab. All of those taxes and fees agencies charge you are constantly gnawing at your monthly profit. So, at the end of the day, ask yourself, ‘what’s the downside?’. We start paying you guaranteed rent as soon as the property is ready to let. This could be from the day we sign the lease, or as soon as any refurbishment is carried out.
