Many of our landlords lead busy lives and want to get the most value from their property with minimal involvement. That’s where we come in. Unlike traditional high street agents, we operate with lower overheads and a hands-on, efficient approach. While agents may not handle day-to-day issues or offer additional services, we take a proactive role, including minor maintenance, arranging cleaning or gardening services if required, and keeping your property in excellent condition.

Here’s how it works: we lease your property for a standard three-year term (flexible depending on your needs) and become your tenant. If needed, we’ll ensure the property meets required standards for local authority placements. Once ready, we rent the property on a room-by-room or full-house basis to individuals or families in need of temporary accommodation – and you receive fixed monthly rent, on time, every time. As your sole tenant, all communication and responsibility stays with us.

Renting property can involve many variables and hidden costs: management fees, void periods, unexpected maintenance – all eating into your profits. Our guaranteed rent model eliminates those worries. You start receiving rent from the day the property is ready, whether that’s on signing or post-refurbishment. So, ask yourself: what’s the downside?
